Kauai Invasive Dive Tournament

We are always happy to see the community coming together to preserve Kauai's endemic wildlife.  This past Saturday, 70 divers went out to help eradicate the reef of 3 main invasive fish, Roi, Toau, and Taape and remove trash. The 525 fish caught were donated to Kealia Farm for mostly compost and several frying pans. We spotted some Tamba gear on the hammahs at weigh in. Congrats to all the winners and thanks to all the divers and organizers for your efforts and aloha for our ice box.  For more pictures and information visit the Kauai Invasive Dive Tournament page on Facebook.
